A private outdoor parking place is possible on site.
Please keep in mind that the jacuzzi is available from April 1st to October 31 st.

Area description
Karlobag is a seaside municipality on the Adriatic coast in Croatia, located underneath the Velebit mountains overlooking the island of Pag. It is a wonderful combination of the Mediterranean and the continents, the crystal clear sea, and the most beautiful Croatian mountain that have only a few minutes drives. If you enjoy a peaceful vacation far from the city crowds, Luxury Villa Solis is a perfect spot for you. Beach is only 3 m away. The closest market is 5 km away from the property, while restaurants and bars are 8 km away. Don't miss out on visiting Nacional Park Paklenica which is located only 38 km away.
Activities description
Our guests can swim in the crystal clear sea and enjoy in the sun and perfect combination of Velebit and Mediterranean climate.
In the alpine zone Ravni Dabar, about 20 minutes away from Karlobag in the direction of Gospić, sport climbing is allowed on the following rocks (hips): Visibaba / Agin kuk, Celina kuk, Rujičin kuk.
Thanks to the geographical features of this area, visitors can choose from a variety of recreational facilities and enjoy nature. Landscaped bike paths are a real challenge for all cyclists and those who are yet to become one. Bicycle paths, about 20 km away from Karlobag, are Brushane - Rizvanusa - Brushane and Baške Oštarije - Stupačinovo - Prpići.
Diving here is a real adventure that reveals all the beauties of the underwater world. Diving is most comfortable between May and November due to the pleasant sea temperatures.
Arrival instructions
ARRIVAL BY PLANE: The closest airport to the property is Zadar airport. If you are arriving on a plane, we advise you to rent a car. Another option is to take a shuttle bus from Zadar airport to the main bus station in Zadar and then from there you will need to take a bus to Lukovo Šugarje where we are located. The schedule depends on the time of the year, so it's best to check before arrival.
ARRIVAL BY CAR: If you are arriving by car, please use the GPS coordinates. From the main street, you need to turn in our street. Please check pictures 1 and 2. Continue straight for 50 m. {CHECK_IN_LATITUDE}{CHECK_IN_LONGITUDE}
ARRIVAL BY BUS: Bus stop is 800 m away from the property. Please check picture 1.
House rules
PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES
1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
